With over $150,000 dollar difference, this means
POC do not have the same financial opportunities: going to college, getting hired, borrowing money or investing
Even when POC have money, they don’t know what to do with it. There is a lack of financial literacy.
The wealth gap has increased year after year for nearly a hundred years. We can’t continue acting like damsels that need saving.
In fact, we need to be our own 𝖍𝖊𝖗𝖔𝖊𝖘 who take initiative and claim financial education for ourselves. We have so much power we haven’t unlocked or tapped into. 🙌
