I almost QUIT

There’s a difference between real physical danger and psychological fear.

The last two mornings I woke up and longed what it would feel like to be running.

It’s been years but I used to run marathons and be in a running club out in LA.

I longed for doing something mindless at a tempo that forced me to breathe.

If you need therapy, here’s an option, just run 😂

You see, many times when we start to tense up, we stop breathing.

From having such a highly energetic weekend in KC, I wanted to keep up that vibe and momentum.

What got in the way of just doing it:
I was afraid to run in the dark, what if I was attacked?
I was afraid to be judged by my running by neighbors who I didn’t even know
I was afraid to have to socialize with people at work (it’s a small town, you never know)
I was afraid of old injuries coming up
I couldn’t find matching socks (I MEAN HOW ANNOYING 😂)

Yesterday, I gave into my fears. I QUIT before I started.

Today, I had to talk myself through each of the fears and convince myself I could do it.

I guess we’re 1-1 but who’s keeping score anyway.... ONLY FREAKING YOU🤭

Just like your money, you have to overcome the fears of taking action and block out what’s preventing you from progress.

You are so powerful, only you can change the trajectory of your money. You have to direct it. 2 spots open for Stressed to Blessed, send me DM if you’re even slightly interested 🤍

P.S. God has a funny way of reminding you he’s always been there. Here’s the scripture of the day, It gave me assurance and released why I ever had to fear in the first place

P.P.S When you listen to your intuition, God may provide you friends like a frog or a rabbit 😂 during your run to make you smile
