22nd most miserable city in the US

22nd most miserable city ➡️ Positive net worth (includes my home)💸 what’s my secret ?!

1️⃣ Develop a high income skill⠀
This is the biggest launch forward from growing up in a poor community to making 6+ Figures. Only 58% of my city (non-Covid) was working. There is a lot of factors that go into that number but simply put, it’s supply and demand. How do you become a strong talent in your field (something that you enjoy)+ sell yourself so that you can demand a price only few can charge.

2️⃣ Look inward for happiness⠀
I cried pretty much everyday for the first year I moved to Bentonville, AR from El Monte, CA. There was so much sadness and emptiness that I threw money at to cover up and fill. I went out and partied a lot, wasted thousand of dollars. Once I had enough, I started working on my health and found community through church. The money stuff improved as a result, this is why I believe so much in #happyhealthywealthy

3️⃣ Learn about what you fear⠀
I grew up in this poor little town and I had a fear of money. Even though I wanted it, I didn’t understand how to manifest it, manage it or make it grow. I spent a lot of time learning as much as I could through books and podcasts. (Check out the Milk and Money Podcast 🤪) This helped give me the belief and mindset that becoming a millionaire is possible.

4️⃣Keep your promises to yourself.⠀
Although it was great I was learning so much. There would be moments I would slip up and break promises to myself. I would feel guilty because I was supposed to do something and I didn’t or I made a bad decision when I knew better. This last one is really important. It hits on all the dreams you have for yourself, your life, your family and why you’re not reaching them. When I realized I had no one else to blame but me, shit. ⠀
